1962 CHEVROLET 2 DOOR SUBURBAN K10

A previous employee of ours tried buying this cool
1962 Chevy K10 4x4 from the original owner for many
years before he would finally sell it to him.
It came from Casa Grande in dry southern Arizona.
The original owned kept the truck in his garage for
over 12 years while he slowly made improvements to
the truck.
It was originally a 6 cylinder truck with 3 speed
trans, it was always a K10, 4x4 as shown in the VIN.
He replaced the 6 cylinder engine with a 350 crate
engine, R700 transmission with overdrive, 1990 Chevy
transfer case, Dana 44 rear end, new springs,
brakes, drive shaft etc.
He added an ice cold Hot Rod AC, had the truck
painted but after that was done he sold it to our
friend.
The second owner finished the truck with other
wheels, Monroe-matic shocks, exhaust, 4 core
aluminum radiator with electric 2000 CFM fan,
interior from a 1999 Tahoe etc, VDO gauges.
The headliner still needs to be redone and the paint
job is not a show job but great for a truck to use.
The body is rust free as it has been since day one.
The K10 is done to the point it is completely
running and can be driven and used.
The owner is now facing very different living
conditions, his 5 small grandkids will be living
with him so he asked us to sell the truck for him.
